		PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT MolMed invites you to read its privacy policy statement before registering and sending your personal data to be included in the Company’s mailing list. MolMed complies with Italian Legislative decree 196/2003 on the protection of personal data; in accordance with the provisions of such statute, MolMed informs you of the following: a) Personal Data (hereinafter: the data) such as name, surname and email address, shall be processed by MolMed for the purpose of sending the Company’s press releases. The data shall be stored in electronic or paper files, at MolMed’s sole discretion. b) Providing your data to MolMed is not mandatory, but without these data the registration in the Company’s mailing list would not be possible. c) The data shall be processed with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance of Legislative decree 196/2003 on the protection of Personal Data, exclusively for the purposes indicated under a) above. They might be communicated to MolMed’s consultants only for the same purposes. d) The applicant is vested with all right called for by section 7 of Legislative decree 196/2003, such as, but not limited to, the right to access her/his data and, as the case may be and if the necessary requirements are met, the right to modify, update or cancel the data. e) Data Controller is MolMed, via Olgettina 58, MILANO, Italy CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA By submitting your data in any way or form to MolMed, you shall have expressed your consent to the processing of your data by MolMed, and to MolMed’s communication of the data described under point c) above. If you do not wish to consent to MolMed’s processing of your data, please do not send them: you would otherwise put MolMed in the awkward situation of receiving and holding data you do not want it to process.
